Eugénio Campos Diamonds customers benefit from dedicated and official brand technical support. This service is exclusively available for Eugénio Campos customers and jewelry, both under and out of warranty.

How to proceed?

1. Communicate your intention for Technical Assistance through our email form here.

2. While waiting for our response, please prepare the packaging for shipment or collection:

  • Use packaging that ensures the protection of the jewelry;
  • Place it in a packaging without any brand identification for added security of your jewelry;

  • Include a document with the following information:
    • Reason for the assistance request;
    • In capital letters: Full Name, Complete Address, Mobile Contact, Email.

3. Deliver to the official boutiques in Porto (El Corte Inglés Gaia or Rua das Flores) or send it via a method that allows constant tracking of the shipment (e.g., Registered CTT) to the following address:

Upon arrival, the Eugénio Campos Diamonds team will perform a quality control process of the item(s), validating the eligibility for our Technical Assistance.

Once accepted, the following rules apply:

  • Technical Assistance within Warranty: Eugénio Campos Diamonds provides technical assistance for your jewelry at no charge. Check the warranty conditions here. Depending on the condition of your jewelry, you may receive a quote.

  • Technical Assistance outside of Warranty: The Eugénio Campos Diamonds team will provide a prior estimate for the technical assistance of your jewelry.

In summary, once we receive your jewelry, it will be promptly cared for and sent for assistance. You will be informed at the time of return after assistance or earlier if a quote is required. Lastly, we also recommend checking the care guidelines for preserving your jewelry and the relevant warranty conditions, here.
