How can I place an order?
To place an order, first search for and select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting your items, click on the shopping bag icon and select “Shopping Cart.” Confirm that the items and quantities in your cart are correct; you may also add gift bags at this stage. Then click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in the requested information, such as login credentials, shipping details, billing details, and payment information. After submission, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Is it necessary to provide identification to make a purchase?
It is not necessary to provide identification for purchases under €15,000.
However, under Law no. 83/2017 (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing), our company may be legally required to identify and verify the customer’s identity in the following situations:

When the total value of the transaction (or several related transactions) is equal to or greater than €15,000;

When there are indications or circumstances that, by legal requirement, oblige the application of enhanced due diligence measures.
Identification is required before completing the transaction. In such cases, the following may be requested:

A valid identification document (Citizen Card, Passport, or equivalent);

Tax Identification Number (NIF);

Other legally required information.
Identification is carried out solely to comply with legal obligations, and all data is processed with full confidentiality, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Why is my Tax Identification Number (NIF) requested on the invoice?
The NIF is included on the invoice whenever the customer requests it, in accordance with Portuguese tax legislation. Including the NIF allows the expense to be reported to the Portuguese Tax Authority.
What happens after I place an order?
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will include your purchase details, order reference, selected items, and the total amount. Your order will only be prepared and shipped after we receive payment confirmation through the method selected at checkout.
What payment methods are available?
Several payment options are available: MBWay, Credit Card, PayPal, Multibanco, and Klarna. Apple Pay and Google Pay will also be available soon.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us, in order to maintain security and prevent potential fraud.
How can I pay in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna?
You can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments and spread the cost over time. The first payment is made when the order is processed, and the following payments are automatically charged every 30 days from a debit or credit card of your choice.

Will Klarna perform a credit check for the 3 interest-free installments?
When selecting the 3 interest-free installments option, Klarna may request a credit report from third parties. Please refer to the product terms for more information.
What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?
In exceptional circumstances, an item may become out of stock after an order is placed. If this occurs, Eugénio Campos Diamonds is committed to canceling your order.
The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer, usually within 24 to 72 business hours.
My order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. What should I do?
First, please take photos of the issue and send them to us. You can find the contact options on our contact page. Our team will prioritize your request in line with our proactive customer satisfaction policy.
The price of an item changed after my purchase date. Can I request a refund of the difference?
Eugénio Campos Diamonds may change product prices at any time. Therefore, it is not possible to request a refund for any price difference.

Can I change my billing address after placing my order?
If you wish to receive your order with different billing details from those associated with your account/order, you must make the change before completing your purchase. Otherwise, our team may not be able to modify the billing address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellation if your order is still being prepared or is awaiting payment. In this case, please contact us promptly through the available contact methods.
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order that has already been shipped.
