Exchanges and Returns
When purchasing items from Eugénio Campos Diamonds through the Website, the customer has the right of withdrawal under Article 11 of D.L. 24/2014, of 14 February.
We are dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers. In line with this care and attention, we offer a service that allows you to return or exchange items for others of equal or higher value within a reflection period of up to 30 days, both starting from the date of purchase.
During the period from November 20 to December 14, you may exchange your purchases until January 14 of the following year. Gift bags are non-refundable.
How to Make an Exchange or Return
To exchange or return items, please follow these steps:

If you purchased as a guest: create an account using the email associated with the order you wish to exchange or return.

Log into your customer area and select the order corresponding to the item you wish to exchange/return.

Click on Exchange/Return and select the item.

Fill in the required fields regarding your exchange or return request.

If you are in mainland Portugal, we will contact you to schedule the pickup of your order.

If you are outside mainland Portugal, please send the order via a traceable method to the following address:

Upon arrival, the Eugénio Campos Diamonds team will carry out a quality control process of the item(s), validating the eligibility of your exchange or return.
Rules After Acceptance of an Exchange or Return
Exchange of Items:
Eugénio Campos will issue a credit note for the original order and send the new items with a new invoice. The value of the exchange must be equal to or greater than the original purchase.
Return of Items:
To process a refund, Eugénio Campos will return the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Refunds will only be processed after receipt of the returned items. Gift bags are non-refundable.
Special Considerations

For customized or made-to-order items, Eugénio Campos Diamonds does not accept any exchanges or returns due to their specific nature.

During the shipping process of one or more items for exchange or return, the customer (user or buyer) is responsible for the proper use, security, and safe shipment of the items to Eugénio Campos. We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from this shipping process.

The user is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange or return of their items.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our team directly via the Contact page. We will give priority and special attention to the return, refund, or exchange process.
