Mainland Portugal and Islands
Purchases made for delivery in mainland Portugal are eligible for express delivery to your address or a pick-up point in mainland Portugal. For the islands, there is a delivery service to your address. These services are free for all orders at Eugénio Campos Diamonds.

Mainland Spain
Purchases made for delivery to mainland Spain have a free premium offer for all orders. Delivery times vary according to the services chosen, ranging from 24 to 72 working hours.
European Union
Purchases made for delivery to European Union countries have an express and premium service offer.

Rest of Europe and World
We do not currently ship outside the European Union. This service is always subject to the payment of customs duties.
Shipping & Delivery Services
The Eugénio Campos Diamonds team processes all orders quickly and carefully, ensuring that those processed (paid for) by 2 p.m. on the same business day are shipped, except for customizations or items with production notices.
Upon delivery by the carrier, the carrier must present a proof of receipt to be signed by the User or by the person duly authorized to receive the order. It is assumed, for all intents and purposes, that any person at the delivery location indicated by the User has the authority to receive the order.
It is the User's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the address to receive the order, and no prior notice from the carrier is required.

In the event of any incident, Eugénio Campos Diamonds will always act in favor of the User's rights and in the promotion of a healthy and beneficial commercial relationship.
Finally, Eugénio Campos Diamonds and its partners (carriers) do not accept deliveries to PO boxes.
